I proceeded to email Jamie Dimon who is the President of JP Morgan Chase Bank, who proceeded to have one of his executive team members reach out to me, named JoAnn. I proceeded to go into my home branch and speak with a manager and stating that I did not give permission for them to credit my account and that they were basically making me pay them twice, and all the manager had to say was that "we wanted our customers to have access to their full stimulus payment". I then received a letter on stating that Chase had given their customers a temp credit for those who received a stimulus payment and they would debit my account for the temp credit on which would overdraft my account AGAIN, which is what I am trying to avoid. This was a poor decision to open my new business account with Chase and I hope anyone reading this tries out another bank because Chase will do nothing but throw wrenches in your plans - screwing up your business before you can even get it set up! I ask to speak to a supervisor, and told she'll find one, puts me on hold and one hour later, I'm still on hold! How in the world does Chase Stay in business? I'm trying to set up a business and am fighting Chase every step of the way! How does anyone opening a new business with this **? I really don't think Chase gives a crap about customers because they shrug their shoulders at everything and nobody does anything. Well, 3pm comes and goes and I decide to call back and am now told it takes 48 hours to get a return call! SEVEN DAYS LATER, I'm still waiting for a phone call! I call Merchant Services and am told that they must call me and that they cannot transfer me to the Department but assured me that under the circumstances, they'd have someone call me this same day. If they approved the first wire transfer to establish a link with this provider, why in the world would they cancel the 2nd wire transfer? Now I'm trying to establish Merchant Services to accept online payments so I go online to Chase Business Services and fill out an application and am told that I'll receive a phone call within 24 hours.
