![]() I've often wondered how close a conversion could be made for the C64. Nice one! I don't play many games on my phone, but I do play Super Hexagon quite a lot. Great game ! Now, i must find an hospital. I accept no liability of damage to your C64 by vomiting all over the keyboard :) The stroboscopic effect was added because of increased difficulty, but it can make people feel nauseous as well. I should have issued a health warning with this release :). ![]() It's a demo part coming alive! Well done! I liked the original, and I FUCKING LOVE THIS. Submitted by JackAsser on 1 December 2013 Submitted by Dr.Strange on 1 December 2013 it will get late tonite because of this :=) The only thing that can be done is pulsating - originally everything pulsates including the core and player's dot )įuck. Game of the year together with Monster Busterġ:05:37 ) As splendid as the original and mobile versions. ? quite often there are diagonal drawing/update bugs in the white shapes.ġ:03 at 3rd try! Absolutely awesome game, stunning SIDtune. Moves pretty fast, how is this done? censor color rotation, or. Originality galore, (rather than the cliched platform type) Submitted by algorithm on 2 December 2013 Too bad the tune restarts every time - so far I have only managed to hear the first 15 seconds :-| While the music and code have to sit somewhere in between :)Īwesome game. The walls are made up of 240 different precalculated expanded multiplexed sprites. Submitted by Paulko64 on 2 December The game uses 20 different precalculated screen/charram combinations. Other than that, great fun to play, and a major technical achievement to squeeze it onto the C64! I made it to 1:35 after a few tries, but the flashing colors that start at about 45 seconds and continues after that get a bit too annoying, I would have preferred slower changing colors, but I guess the flashing is there to add to the difficulty level. Just make sure you have a bucket nearby, or you'll end up cleaning your space like me on X2012! <:-) (still wonder who the amateur was that puked under my table!) But I guess that's part of the concept! -Dĭefinately let drunk people play this on the next party. The game itself is really nauseating though, even sober i almost feel the motion sickness. Wow! Amazing feat to port this to c64! Definately not your first choice when you look for currently popular porting candidates, so kudos Paulko64! -) I am still trying to beat my 1.01.58 record. May be great from the technical side, but becomes boring very fast.Ībsolutely amazing. It's fun to pick and play and try to beat your best.then move on. Someone commented it's boring? Well, I guess it's a casual game really, so it's not something you'd play for a long time. Very impressive and if you ask me, AWESOME! Submitted by Roysterini on 7 December 2013 ![]() Thanks, great stuff IMO.Ĭool! Awesome! But. Love the tune, it is really motivating to try again just to see how it continues. Yet, the rest is so awesome that it doesn't hurt much. ![]() Yay, I just broke the 2 minute barrier (2:02:07)! Very enjoyable game, is a fun distraction when coding Linux drivers :) The sprite bugs are a little annoying when playing a lot. Paddle support would have been awesome for higher speeds.īugs? I seriously thought it was meant to be that way. Rediscovered this gem recently and got a new record (2:10.55). I have just (re)discovered this gem! Just WOW!
